Welcome to planDisney, Ashley!
Thank you for visiting us with an excellent question about
My Disney Experience, the magical guide that helps you plan and manage every single detail of your Walt Disney World vacation.
As you purchase
theme park admission, book
Disney Resort hotels,
vacation packages,
dining experiences and more, you can link the reservation numbers to My Disney Experience and view them all on your
My Plans page. I just love how every detail of my vacation is organized in one place and I can easily make updates, add reservations, and share plans with friends and family.
Guests used to be able to look up past reservations on My Disney Experience, however, that information is no longer available online. At this time, once your stay at a Disney Resort hotel is over, or you have enjoyed a dining experience or redeemed a
Disney Park Pass reservation, you should no longer be able to see that information on My Disney Experience. That is exactly one of the things that make me sad at the end of every Disney vacation: signing in to my Disney account online or checking the My Disney Experience mobile app and not seeing my plans anymore.
Try
signing in to your account and visiting
My Family & Friends. Locate the Guest who is supposedly managing the reservations showing up on your
My Plans page, select “Update” and then “Remove from This List”. Could it be that this person is planning another visit? If you are still connected, you will be able to see their plans. If this does not work, I recommend contacting the My Disney Experience team at (407) 939-4357 for assistance.
It was a pleasure answering your question, Ashley! I hope this helps you and that you come back to visit us once again for more tips and advice.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
