When I try to link tix purchased from authorized reseller, one child has two profiles so don't know which to use? Third is for a child friend (6) without profile. What do I do? My name is shown as purchaser but I am not going. Is this a problem?

Hello again, Ken! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your kids must be even more excited today as the countdown keeps getting closer to the end! They will be experiencing all the "magic" and making lots of memories very soon!

I actually had something similar happen with my son. He had two profiles, so I simply made sure to link the tickets to the one that had his MagicBand linked to it because it was also the profile that was on our Disney Resort hotel reservation. You can call Disney directly at (407) 939-4357 and have them delete the duplicate profile that is not attached to any MagicBands or reservations, then you will know for sure which profile is the one you need to link the tickets to.

For the friend, if that child's parent has a My Disney Experience account, you can invite them to connect by going to "My Friends & Family" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, selecting "Add a Guest," then choosing "I'll enter their name and age." Once you enter the parent's information (including age as 18+), you will have the option to "Invite this Guest to connect," then enter their email address. If the parents don't have an account, you can ask the parents to set up a profile and link accounts for the purpose of planning together.

I hope this helps, Ken! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
