Well, this is a dilemma. If you ordered the MagicBands through
My Disney Experience, double-check the account you might have ordered them from. Typically, once linked, MagicBands are
nontransferable. Since it sounds like you may have already checked and do not know to which account the MagicBands might be linked, you will need to
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. I wish I could resolve the issue for you!
Know also that you can now use
Disney MagicMobile service to create digital passes for park entry. My girls and I loved selecting our digital passes and, I found them easy to use for park entry. Even though I prefer MagicBands, I appreciate having a digital option for park entry that I can access with my phone.
As you continue to make plans for your trip, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations if you have not done so already. Check the
Enchanting Extras Collection and book special experiences as soon as the
booking window opens.
