    When I try to Link my e-ticket I receive the message: The ticket or pass entered has already been linked to an account. Because of this is not possible to link the ticket and the same is not showing in Disney App. How can I fix this? Tks. Carlos

    Thanks so much for stopping by! Let me see if I can help you today. 

    My first idea is that you may be using the Walt Disney World Resort app instead of the Disneyland app. This may trigger this error message. I swap these apps all the time! 

    If you're using the Disneyland mobile app, the issue may be a technical glitch on Disney's end. This happened to me once, and a Cast Member helped me sort it out. My best advice, in this case, is to reach out to the technical Website Support team and explain your issue. I'm sure you'll get the help you need before it's time to join the fun! 

    Since you're calling from Brazil, it may be wise to use a service like Skype to contact the Disneyland Resort, as it may be cheaper than a regular phone provider.
