When I try to edit my order to change the colors of my family's MagicBands, the "build a band" page loads for a second and then tells me "Access Unavailable." Is there something I'm missing or doing incorrectly?

Hello there, Jaymie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out and ask your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort question!

MagicBands are the only item you need to access all of your plans across Walt Disney World Resort! These small wristbands allow Guests to scan into their FastPass+ reservations, unlock the door to their Disney Resort hotel room, make purchases at dining and merchandise locations, and much more. It's no wonder that these fun gadgets are so wildly popular among Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort!

In addition, Guests can now also choose to upgrade their MagicBands to select designs for a discounted price! Available designs to vary based on the time in which Guests are visiting but can include a fun variety of designs!

As you've mentioned, MagicBands can be customized by logging into your My Disney Experience account and clicking "Build A Band". During my recent trip, though, I found out that this feature can be a bit glitchy at times when attempting to access it through the Chrome browser. I found that all of my problems disappeared as soon as I switch to either Safari or Internet Explorer. Alternatively, you may also customize your MagicBands through the My Disney Experience app right on your smartphone!

I hope this information assists you as you continue to plan for your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
