Going to try and come to Disney 10-19 thru 10-24 with 2 girls (10 & 15) very limited budget- can you recommend the best value resort and was the free dining plan offered during oct at all the resorts?

    Hi Tina,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel. We are a family on a tight budget, and I love to figure out how to keep that budget while visiting our favorite place, Walt Disney World. The good news is, it's definitely possible! Since you are a family of 4, your choices for budget friendly accommodations at Walt Disney World Resorts are plentiful. Have you checked out Disney's Value Resort Hotels? Each of these resorts have a great Disney theme and are perfect for those of us who can only spend so much on a room. We personally like to stay at Disney's Pop Century or Disney's Art of Animation. The rooms seem more spacious, and the prices are reasonable.

After doing some research, I found out that a Free Dining Plan was offered last August for October, November and December visits to Walt Disney World. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean that it's guaranteed we will see the same offer this coming August, but a princess can dream, right? Be sure to follow Disney Parks Blog and all of the Walt Disney social media channels. That's where they will announce any new special offers, like a free dining plan.

I hope this answered your questions, Tina. Please feel free to come back at any time and ask me any more questions pertaining to your budget-friendly stay at Walt Disney World. I hope to hear from you soon.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
