    We want to try and book a trip as early as we can for next summer(prob Aug/Sept 2012) If we book and then a promotion, such as free Disney DIning , is offered after, can we add it or transfer all money towards a new reservation?

    Hi Judith, 

    You can go ahead and book your reservation now and then just keep an eye out for Special Offers that may be valid during your travel dates. If you find one (like Free Dining) that applies, call 407-939-7675 and ask to have your existing reservation modified to reflect the new offer. You need to be sure to mention the offer that you saw online when calling for them to honor it. Keep in mind that the number of rooms available for these specials is limited, so you'll need to call as soon as possible once you see it.
