Hi there, Kayla!
Welcome to planDisney! I see you have a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth coming up this summer! What a special treat for your family! When you arrive, the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full swing! Your kids will love exploring the World Showcase, finding their favorite Disney characters in the form of
larger-than-life topiaries! I just had the chance to check out the festival last week. My favorite topiaries were the Seven Dwarfs, which I spotted as I enjoyed a delicious snack from
Karamell-Kuche in the Germany Pavilion.
Kayla, I ran into a similar issue when booking a trip for my own family. The most likely reason this is happening is that you have different ticket types. For example, if you have an
Annual Pass and your other family members have One Park Per Day tickets, you will have to make separate reservations for each ticket type. If you check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability and book both park pass reservations back to back, you should be fine securing reservations for everyone.
The good news is that as long as everyone has park pass reservations each day, it doesn't quite matter how you booked them! You can enter the parks together or separately and continue about your day as normal. But, if you encounter any additional issues booking the reservations, even separately, or if you are at a loss for why the system is still requiring you to make reservations separately, you may consider enlisting the help of a friendly Walt Disney World Cast Member. You can reach them directly by
calling the dedicated number for Existing Tickets.
Kayla, I hope this helps you secure those park pass reservations so you can continue planning all of the ways in which your family will make magical memories together!
Hakuna Matata,
Ashley
