Hello Louise!
It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be very excited about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, especially because you will be celebrating your little one’s birthday!
When my daughter turned 5-years-old, I planned many special moments for her, including an unforgettable birthday lunch in the company of Disney Princesses at Cinderella’s Royal Table, the iconic restaurant located inside Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park. Reservations are highly recommended when you are planning dining adventures at the Walt Disney World Resort, and they can be made up to 180 days in advance
online, through the My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling +1 (407) 939-3463. Since this is a last minute vacation, do not despair – you may still find available spots at great locations.
Besides dinner, I also recommend considering a birthday breakfast or lunch, because this will give you more chances to make reservations at your desired destination. If you are looking for dining with the Disney Princesses, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot may offer you more availability, and please try dinner at
1900 Park Fare where Cinderella and Prince Charming are your hosts.
Chef Mickey’s is the perfect restaurant if she likes the Fab Five (Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto), and The Crystal Palace inside Magic Kingdom Park is the place to go for magical dining with Winnie the Pooh and his friends. Please, don’t forget to get her birthday noted on all dining reservations.
I hope this helps you while planning! Please stop by real soon with more questions.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
