Is it true that if you're shopping at the parks you can have your packages sent to your hotel instead of to the front of the park? if so, is there a cost for that?

    Hi there, Sandra!

You certainly can have your packages sent to your Resort hotel instead of to the front of the Park you're visiting for the day! Just let the cashier know at time of checkout which option you prefer.

If you do opt for this complimentary service, you'll receive your packages the next day at the front desk of your Resort.

Do note that you can send a package only from the store in which the item was purchased; you cannot change your mind later after making a purchase and ask to have the item sent from a different shop.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
