Hi! Is it true that my 4 year old will be able to order an adult meal at the quick service restaurants? I hear DIsney doesn't keep track at quick service restaurants if it's a child meal or not--and she's a big salad eater which isn't on the kids menu.

    Hi Gillian,

Your daughter will be able to order off the adult menu at a quick service restaurant, but you will be charged an adult quick service credit.  This may work for your family if someone else wants to get a kid's meal instead of an adult meal.

The kid's meal choices are much healthier than most theme parks.  Many of the counter service establishments do have salads on the kid's menu.  I have often eaten a kid's meal for lunch.  I think they are a great value for adults.  My favorite is the turkey roll-up with a side of grapes and baby carrots.  You may be able to split an adult salad and a kid's meal with your daughter.

    Enjoy your trip,

    Michelle
