    Is it true that the world of disney store in downtown disney is a cheaper place to get souveniers? (tshirts etc)

    HI Amy,

    Regardless of the location, the merchandise at Walt Disney World is the same price.  So if you see an item you'd like to purchase, it will cost the same at World of Disney as it does in the parks and resorts. However, with the size of World of Disney, there is often more merchandise, so you may be able to find souvenirs that may cost less. 

    Just an fyi for a couple other options, we've had trips where upon looking at our receipts, we were offered discounts on some merchandise.  We've also received a discount card for World of Disney by booking our package through AAA (there are specific requirements that need to be met to gain that discount card).
