Hello is it true that you won’t be able to book reserved viewing for Cascade of Light on 29 March to 6 April and the first available date will be 7 April? We are coming 28 March to 1 April so it sounds like we might miss out? Many thanks

    Bonjour!

Welcome to planDisney, Kay! It is always a pleasure to help fellow Guests from the UK plan their Disney holidays! You are heading to Disneyland Paris at such an exciting time, the grand opening of Disney Adventure World! There will be so much to experience at World of Frozen, from the brand new Frozen Ever After attraction to the Sunflower Festival celebrations happening throughout the day, and even the chance to meet Olaf and Mossy the troll.

Kay, let’s not forget the experience I am most looking forward to at Disney Adventure World. It sounds like you share my excitement, the debut of Disney Cascade of Lights! This brand new nighttime spectacular will be performed daily over the waters of Adventure Bay, featuring water screen projections, fireworks, and drones. The show will offer preferred viewing options. However, these will not be available for the first few days following launch for operational reasons. The good news is that you do not need preferred viewing to enjoy the show.

Normally, I would love to give you my opinion on the very best place to stand, but as I have not experienced it just yet, I cannot give a personal recommendation - I can't wait for the day that I can! What I can say is that this entire area has been designed with the nighttime spectacular in mind. The show takes place across a huge lagoon, so if you arrive early, you should be able to secure a fantastic viewing spot.

Disney Adventure World will also introduce some exciting new dining locations. I am especially excited to take my boys to dine at Regal View Restaurant, the new character dining experience where Guests can meet their favourite Disney Princesses. If you are looking for something a little quicker, a quick service location will always be a great option, and soon, Guests will be able to enjoy Nordic fare at Nordic Crown Tavern.

I know I may not have been able to give you a definitive answer today, Kay, but I do hope this helps you plan your trip a little better. Have the BEST time visiting the happiest place in Europe, and if you have any further vacation planning questions, please reach out to me. I’d love to help!

The cold never bothered me anyway!
