Is it true that if you have a Walt Disney world Poncho and it tears or the snaps break, they will replace it for free?

    Hi, there!

Susan, it sounds like you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It's the very best kind if you ask me!

This past winter I found myself caught in a cold, torrential downpour at Epcot. I had an umbrella, but the wind was so strong it blew the umbrella inside out! My friend and I quickly ran into The Fjording in the Norway Pavilion, and I bought a Disney Parks poncho before I was completely drenched. The Cast Member at the register told me that if the poncho was damaged during my stay, I could have it replaced upon receipt (free of charge) at any merchandise location at the Walt Disney World Resort. Please note that this is not an official policy and replacement is at the discretion of every individual merchandise location.

Don't fret if rain is in the forecast for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My friends from the Disney Parks Moms Panel have lots of tips on how to make the most of your vacation on a rainy day!

Thanks for stopping by, Susan. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
