Hi! Is it true that Luigi's Garage was closed? Is there still a character meet and greet with Lightning McQueen at HS in the first two weeks of June? Also, any idea when McQueen will start appearing in the Lights Motors Action stunt show? Thanks!

Hi Andy,

Sounds like you've got a "Cars" fan in your family. My youngest son is already begging for all the new characters from "Cars 2" and can't wait for the new movie to open.

Luigi's Garage is closed but an all new Cars 2 meet and greet is scheduled to open early June at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Look for it near Muppet*Vision 3-D.

Lightning McQueen is scheduled to start appearing in the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show in early June as well.

I called Disney to check for an exact date for both of these and they aren't showing an exact date yet -hopefully super soon.
