Hey, howdy, hey, Amanda and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I just love, love, love an October visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Magic Kingdom Park is dressed for the fall holidays with scarecrows, pumpkins and the most delicious treats from Mickey's cauldron.
Currently, the
October theme park hours calendar is not complete but there are
Extra Magic Hours posted for Epcot for October 1 and 8, 2019. I would expect more dates to be released any day because Disney typically posts 6 months in advance so Guests can plan
dining reservations and
tours. What you may see more of are the
Disney After Hours dates at Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. These events offer smaller crowds, exclusive access to some of the best theme park attractions on the planet, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
Keep checking the park hours calendar for more dates over the coming weeks.
Disney Dad Tip: October is the most spook-tacularly, spell-tastic month to visit Magic Kingdom Park. Join Mickey and gang as they happily haunt during
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Be sure to watch Happy HalloWishes sorcery in the sky fireworks and, before the parade, see the Headless Horseman make his infamous ride looking for Ichabod Crane.
Amanda, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
