Is it true that they discontinued the Mickey mail?

    Ahoy, Anne!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

As you may have heard, Disney Cruise Line has discontinued the practice of guests being able to drop off items at the Guest Services Desk to be signed by Disney Characters. Guests are now asked to bring their items with them to Character Meet and Greets to be signed.

The great news is - additional Character Greetings have been added so that guests can meet more characters in person for signatures and photos! We enjoy having blank photo mats signed, then framing a favorite cruise photo when we get home from our vacation. We've made so many wonderful vacation memories sailing with Disney Cruise Line, and an autographed photo mat makes those memories even more special.

I hope this helps answer your question! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
