Is it true that if you have had a DAS pass on a previous visit it is still in the system?

    Howdy Linda!

Welcome back to planDisney!  I am always excited to see a guest stop back by with another great question!  Thank you for sharing your question with us, Linda!

The Walt Disney World Resort does a fantastic job helping all guests make unforgettable memories during their visit to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!”  The Disability Access Service is beneficial for many guests!  To obtain this service, you will need to go to Guest Relations at the beginning of each visit to the Walt Disney World Resort to sign up for the Disability Access Service.  The Cast Member will take your current photo and add members of your party to this fantastic service.  Since you must sign up for the Disability Access Service on each vacation, if any information is saved into their system, this information would only apply to past visits.  You must apply for the Disability Access Service each time you visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

Once you sign up for your Disability Access Service, the Cast Member can provide you with a return time for your first attraction of the day.  After you enjoy that attraction, you can obtain another return time at the next attraction.  You can also speak with a Cast Member at one of the Guest Relations located throughout the theme parks, and they can set you up for your next return time!  To find Guest Relations locations, go to your My Disney Experience mobile app and search “Guest Relations.”  You will see the option to “Find on Map.”  Once you click on this option, you will see all the Guest Relations locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!

As you continue planning your visit to Neverland, to stay informed of everything to see and do during your visit, check out the Disney Parks Blog!  If you have any questions as you continue to plan your unforgettable vacation, please come back to planDisney!  We are always here to help you with all your planning questions, Linda!
