Is it true that you can book your Disney hotel around 400 days in advance, but then add on your park tickets and dining plans later when their prices are released? Thanks for the help! Also how far in advance should you book Chef Mickey's?

    Hi Amanda,

Yes, this is correct. You can reserve your resort with a "Room Only" reservation, 499 days in advance. At that time, they will hold the room for one night room + tax (at the current rate). Once the new prices are released for your vacation period, you will be able to add park tickets and the Disney Dining Plan to make your reservation a "Magic Your Way" package.

Chef Mickey's is extremely popular. This fun filled restaurant gives you the opportunity to see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto while enjoying an "All you care to eat" buffet. The character interaction at that restaurant is fantastic.

Please let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
