    How exciting, 3 more days until your magical vacation!  Thanks for coming back to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  We have had some Pixie Dust sprinkled on us at Castle Couture right beside the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique almost every trip.  I have heard that Fairy Godmother's in training will sprinkle some Pixie Dust on guests not receiving a makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique however I have never experienced this.  I have called to ask a Cast Member, and was told that if time permits, Pixie Dust will be sprinkled on guests, however it is not common practise.
