It’s always
supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to see you here, Scott!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is sure to be practically perfect in every way! I’m glad to hear you and your family will be staying at a
Disney Resort hotel. Each resort has its own unique theming and is full of magical details. I hope you take a moment to explore all that it has to offer!
Scott, I’m sorry you’re having difficulty viewing your family’s Disney Resort hotel reservation. First, let’s make sure your reservation is linked to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. To do this, you’ll want to open the app and tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right (≡). Next, please scroll down until you see
Link to Account and choose this option. Towards the top, you’ll want to select
Type ID, and under
Resort Reservation, enter the confirmation number that was emailed to you when you booked your Disney Resort hotel, along with the last name on the reservation. Upon selecting
Link Reservation, you should receive a confirmation that linking the reservation was successful. Then, you can click the ≡ icon again and head to
Future Plans. Your resort reservation should show up here.
You’ll also want to ensure your family is connected with you through your Family & Friends List. On the app, please choose the ≡ icon, scroll down until you see
My Profile, and select it. On the next page, tap
Family & Friends List towards the top. You should be able to see your current travel party under
We’re Planning Together. If anyone is missing, no worries! As Mary Poppins sings, “And every task you undertake becomes a piece of cake,” simply scroll down and select
+ Add a Guest to invite them to plan with you. Once they accept your invitation, you’ll be able to plan together! Yippie!
If you’re still having issues seeing your reservation, I recommend calling and speaking to a friendly Cast Member at
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+. They’ll be able to look into your account to help you further.
As a Guest of a Disney Resort hotel, you’ll be able to take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry, where you and your party can enter any of the four parks 30 minutes earlier than operating hours! Isn't that delightful?
Wishing you and your family an enchanting visit, Scott!
