Hi Dannielle! Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
First off, you can rest easy! I’ve never had an issue picking up a stroller at Walt Disney World and I don’t expect you to run into any issues. Just let Disney handle the magic.
Currently,
strollers must be rented upon arrival at your location. You can pre-pay for your length of stay (on your first day) at a discounted rate and then simply show your receipt the next time that you want to rent one. Stroller pick-ups are located at the front of each Walt Disney World Theme Park and also at Disney Springs.
As a side tip, be sure to check out the
Baby Care Centers located within all four theme parks. They provide a convenient and private place to feed, change and nurse little ones… and feature an on-site shop offering formula, baby food, juice, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, over-the-counter medications and clothing for purchase. The perfect place for an afternoon break for your little ones.
If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
Bryan
