    I had trouble in July when booking my theme park reservations and called in to get assistance. I received the confirmation by email but none of our names are on the confirmation and it is not loaded into my Disneyland App. Help?

    I’m sorry to hear that you previously had difficulty booking your advanced Theme Park Reservations, but I am happy you were able to get assistance. There is no need to worry about the names not being on your theme park tickets. That’s because upon arrival a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using each ticket. Then, the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not any name on the ticket. All you need to do is make sure all the theme park tickets are linked to your Disneyland Mobile App. First, navigate to the “Tickets and Passes” section of the App. Then, tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right-hand corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add each ticket. You may do this by scanning the barcode on your theme park ticket or manually entering the number below the barcode. That’s it! You’re ready to head straight to the turnstiles! 

    I recommend linking tickets for everyone in your party prior to your arrival at the Disneyland Resort. That way you can attempt to secure a position in a virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance or WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. At 6:00 a.m. you can confirm your travel party.  Then, at 7:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., you may access the virtual queue system to check for available boarding groups.
