    Hi Connie,
You've chosen a lot of dining near or at the Epcot resorts. If you will be staying in that area, then your choices will work well. I would suggest planning your dining around where you plan to be touring each day.

For instance, if on Dec. 23rd, you'll be headed to the Magic Kingdom, a meal at Crystal Palace or Cinderella's Royal Table would be a great choice. However, if you're touring the Animal Kingdom that day, you might want to begin at the Cape May breakfast if it's near your hotel. With young children, you'll want your touring days to be efficient as possible especially since you'll be at Walt Disney World during an exceptionally busy time.

You will likely only need one day at Disney's Hollywood Studios unless you split up your touring to do one morning there and then return on another evening. Choose between Hollywood Brown Derby and Sci-Fi Dine-In if you are in fact only going into this park once.

I would skip the 'Ohana meal with Lilo and Stitch unless you can plan it for a morning before you enter the Magic Kingdom.

With small kids, you'll find that buffets work very well. If I can help any further, please stop back!
