    Hello, When Tron in MK opens will the ride offer rider switch? We have a child who will not be tall enough to ride it and we would like to be able to use rider switch.

    Greetings Program Pearl Ann, welcome to planDisney. Your journey into the Grid will begin just after the Shiva laser ignites and pulls you inside. You will board your Lightcycle with 13 other programs and race through eight gates against the Orange Team. Are you ready to join the Blue Team to enter the Grid?

    You arrive two days after Tron Lightcyle/Run debuts and as of now, no Rider Switch information has been released. I would anticipate it to follow a similar format to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind where riders may switch if they have a Virtual Queue boarding group or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane entrance. Stay connected to the Walt Disney World Resort website or the My Disney Experience app for updates.

    planDisney Program Pro Tip: Tron Lightcycle/Run reaches speeds approaching 60 miles per hour. Be sure to store your hats, Mickey Mouse Ears, mobile devices, and other valuables in the provided lockers or the glove box on your Lightcycle. Otherwise, it may get rezzed.
