Hey there, William. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I've been a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for several years now, William, and I really enjoy being able to pick up and head to the parks anytime. Navigating this new
park pass reservation system has been a bit of a learning curve but I'm just so thankful we can all experience the parks once again.
William, I'm wondering if you have a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay booked for when you are wanting to visit for your next couple of trips? If you don't, then with your Annual Pass, you are only able to book up to 3 park pass reservations at a time. This could be why you are getting the message that you've exceeded your park pass limit. The limit is on a rolling basis, however. If you have 3 park pass reservations, the second you enter the theme parks and use up one of your passes, you can log in to your account and make another park pass reservation for a different day. This has worked out just fine for me in the past.
My other thought, Wiliam, is that you are trying to reserve park pass reservations for days that your Annual Pass might be blocked out for. Different tiers of Annual Passes have different blockout dates throughout the year. You can check your pass blockout dates on this
Admission Calendar.
One of the great things about being Annual Passholders is that we have a support team, dedicated just for us which greatly reduces the time you are going to have to wait on hold. If the reasons I listed above aren't the reason you cannot make park pass reservations, I suggest reaching out to them for help. You can do this over the phone at 407-WDW-PASS or you can use
this form to send in an email instead.
William, I hope you are able to get your park pass reservation situation figured out soon. I know it can be frustrating, but just know the cast members working the V.I.PASSHOLDER support line will be more than happy to help you and will be able to figure it out promptly. If you have any other questions before your upcoming trips to Walt Disney World, please feel free to come back and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun!
