Hiya Brandi,
Welcome to planDisney! I must admit I’m a little jealous, Brandi! Two trips coming up so close together sounds like a dream! Plus, you are staying at two of my favorite resorts, so that is an extra dose of pixie dust.
I spoke to a Cast Member, and they told me that currently, you can find two different types of coffee machines at
Port Orleans Riverside and
Coronado Springs Resort. At Port Orleans Riverside, the latest information they had was that the rooms have the Cuisinart Coffee Maker that uses flat pods, and you can expect to find the single-serve Keurig coffee makers that use pods. Now, as Port Orleans continues to be refurbished and things update across all resort hotels, you may find that by the time you arrive, the coffee makers have changed. You can always check back as you get closer to your visit, or if you don’t mind a little surprise, rest assured that in each resort hotel room, the coffee makers come with coffee pods (or packets) specific to the particular machine in your room. I’m not a huge coffee drinker myself, but some of my favorite people say that the Joffrey’s coffee that comes in the resort hotel rooms is some of the best they’ve enjoyed!
I hope this was helpful, Brandi. If you need anything else, please come back and see us. Before I let you go, if you have space in your itinerary, definitely save room to dine at
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Coronado Springs and
Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Port Orleans French Quarter (a short walk from Port Orleans Riverside). I dream about the Jambalaya at Sassagoula, and besides having some of the prettiest views, the food at Three Bridges is incredible! Both are my go-tos whenever I am showing a new friend around!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
