Trip with 5 and 7 year olds - we are planning to stay at the new Art of Animation, but will probably spend most of our time at the Magic Kingdom. Trying to figure out how long the various distances takes (i.e. hotel to park/attractions/etc.) HELP!!!!

    Hi Jenya,

I'm so jealous!  I had an opportunity to tour the new Art of Animation Resort last weekend along with some of my Moms Panel Pals, and all I can say is "wow!"  Your family will have an incredible stay.  The resort is truly amazing!  As for travel times, I would allow 15-20 minutes on the bus, plus an addition 15-20 minutes "wait time," in the event that you just missed a bus.  In budgeting your time, therefore, I would allow about 40 minutes travel time to and from the parks.  You should probably also factor in time to clear security and the turnstiles.  On a "moderately crowded" day, I'd allow for 15 minutes for this.  Have a wonderful trip!
