I am sorry you are having difficulty purchasing your MagicBands. I have been through the same thing when we were trying to purchase our MagicBands last year. Sometimes when the bands that you choose sell out as you are making selections, it will not let guests proceed any further on the website to complete the purchase. The site is refreshed constantly with new and different bands, depending on stock, so if the MagicBand is popular it may disappear quickly. Try selecting a different band and then follow the steps to purchase and hopefully you will have better luck. If you don't see a band that you would like to purchase, you could also wait a little longer to see if the one you were wanting restocks. Since you are visiting during the holiday season, you could also wait and see if any seasonal MagicBands become available. I have also found that it is easier purchasing my MagicBands using the
website rather than the
My Disney Experience App, for me I have less encounters with Stitch causing problems and eating the page.
