Hi there, Kelsey,
Welcome to planDisney. It’s a privilege to help you and your family prepare for
adventure at The Happiest Place on Earth! Our family has had experience using the Disability Access Service at the Disneyland Resort too. We are very grateful for the accommodations available to
Guests with disabilities.
If your sister plans to register for
Disability Access Service (DAS) before arrival using
DAS Advance, you are wise to have your party’s
theme park tickets linked together first. You can send your sister screenshots of your ticket barcodes from the Tickets and Passes screen of the
Disneyland mobile app. From the Tickets and Passes screen on her end, she can tap the ‘+’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then tap “Link Tickets & Passes” to begin the process of linking a ticket. Then, your sister can either use her device’s camera to scan the screenshots you sent her, or she can manually type in the ticket IDs to link all of the tickets to her account.
If you have purchased
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package and have not yet received your
Travel ePackage, you will have access to your
Disney eTickets four days before your arrival at the Disneyland Resort. If your sister needs to register for DAS before that,
hakuna matata! It means, "No worries!" Adjustments to the composition of your party can be made by contacting the DAS Cast Members again or by visiting one of the several
Guest Relations locations at the Disneyland Resort.
I hope you and your family have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Kelsey. Should you have any more questions we can help answer here at planDisney, I hope you’ll visit us again.
