Trip in 1 week. Husband applied at DMV for renewal ID 4 wks ago. Just called DMV, glitch on their end, and confirmed now is being processed. I fear it will be late now. Have receipt from DMV, passport card, expired CA ID. Will this work for CA resident tkt

Hey, Jessica! Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question!

The Disneyland Resort So Cal Resident Ticket Offer is an awesome deal for guests who live within the zip codes of 90000 to 93599. It allows for three visits between January 2 and June 2, 2024, which is plenty of time to enjoy several of the great events going on this year. I'm personally looking forward to Pixar Fest, which will run from April 26 through August 4, 2024. The new daytime parade, “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!,” at Disney California Adventure Park sounds like a rootin'-tootin' good time! There will also be character experiences with some of our new pals from the movies "Elemental" and "Turning Red." For more of the exciting events coming up this year, please check out the Disney Parks Blog article on the 2024 Disneyland Event Calendar!

Jessica, to use the So Cal Resident Ticket Offer, proof of eligible residency, including a valid government-issued photo ID, is required at admission. While a temporary license is a valid form of identification for driving purposes, it does not contain the photo that is required. Using an expired license also will not be allowed, as it is no longer valid. However, I suggest reaching out to the Tickets Guest Services phone line to talk about your specific situation.

If you are unable to visit next week, there is still plenty of time to cancel your ticket reservation and reschedule before June 2. I know this might not be the news that you'd like to hear but I am positive that you will have a great time when you make it to "The Happiest Place on Earth."

I hope this information helps, Jessica. Please be sure to visit us again with any other questions!
