Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    This is our 1st trip to WDW and I have a 10 yr old son and 6 yr. old daughter. I have dining reservations at both Cape May and Akershus on the same day and need to cancel one. Which do you feel that both kids would enjoy the most? Thanks:)

    Hi there Alisa!

    If you have to cancel one of the two, I would probably cancel Akershus. The only reason being that, Cape May Café offers Mickey and friends character dining while Akershus is more geared for the girls who love the Disney Princesses. I'm thinking that your son wouldn't mind being around the Princesses but then again he may think it's a little too girly. And, who doesn't like hanging out with Goofy or Minnie?

    So, while both restaurants are fantastic, I think your son and daughter will enjoy dining at Cape May Café in Disney's Beach Club Resort.
