Hi....we have a trip to WDW planned in October. DH wasn't going due to work, but now is going. All our dinner reservations were made for 3 people. Would there be a problem bringing him? I've tried changing but it always says no tables available.

    Hey Karen-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited for your October trip to Walt Disney World Resort. If you get a chance, attend Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Villains, costumes, and trick-o-treating through Magic Kingdom Park are perfect for kids of every age. I love Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and Happy HalloWishes fireworks spectacular. It is sorcery in the sky!

Advanced dining reservations are the best way to secure a spectacular meal and some quality downtown for your group. There are two ways to possibly add an additional person to your reservation before you arrive. First, try and schedule another reservation for the total number in you party even by adjusting the time; dine a little earlier or later. Second, contact a Cast Member at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) and ask if there anything they can do. If you are unsuccessful then the last resort is to just show up and explain your situation. This is not the first or last time a Guest will need to be added to a dining reservation. Fortunately, there are more tables for four people than three people so you will likely be in luck but no promises.

Disney Dad Tip: Dining at table service restaurants during off hours (before noon and 5:00 p.m. as well as after 8:00 p.m.) provide the greatest availability for a table.

Karen, enjoy making and eating many Magical Memories!
