    Hi, 15th trip to WDW in October, 6th time staying at Wilderness Lodge,1st time on the club level. We have heard that if you are on the club level and have packages returned to your hotel they deliver them to the room (like the old days) is this true? Thx!

    Congratulations on taking your 15th trip to Walt Disney World, sounds like you might be an expert yourself!  The Wilderness Lodge is my absolute favorite Disney resort, the breathtaking lobby, location and that wonderful serene tranquility keeps me coming back.  I had the privilege of staying on the club level during one of my vacation and it was a wonderful treat.  The Old Faithful Club was constantly stocked with lots of yummy treats and was a big time saver in the morning.

    I love to shop when visiting Walt Disney World and the merchandise pickup and delivery service is a huge convenience!  I wasn't aware that packages could be delivered to your room, but was ecstatic to find that my packages had been delivered to my room instead of package pickup.  Just remember that food and alcohol items are not eligible for package delivery and I would not suggest not using this service within 24 hours of your departure. Instead, have your packages delivered to a pick up location close to the front of the park.
