Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am always happy to greet a fellow North Carolinian! Before we became Disney Vacation Club members, I LOVED those special offer codes for past guests that came in the mail.
Without knowing the specific special offer code, I am unfortunately unable to research the details. In the past, I have been unable to use special offer codes because they were not applicable to the dates of my visit. With other special offer codes, I was not always able to apply the code to an existing reservation. On one occasion, it was due to limited availability. With another reservation, I noticed a new
special offer come out after I initially made the reservation but it was not available with the resort hotel I had connected to my existing reservation. I changed resort hotels and was able to take advantage of the special offer. I would also suggest that you double-check the offer details and the resort category options available with the special offer.
I can say that my family has enjoyed using the
Disney Dining Plan and the
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. With the Disney Deluxe Plan, we scheduled a few signature meals to be sure we used all of our meal entitlements by the day of departure. The
Disney Dining Plan Plus seems like a perfect option for those of us who love to eat a table-service breakfast and table-service dinner!
Carol, I suggest that you call 407-939-1936 to speak with another Cast Member who has access to your reservation details and can investigate that special offer code. A different Cast Member may be able to offer more guidance about that special offer code! In the meantime, I do hope you have secured
advanced dining reservations, especially for
character meals. We love using early morning breakfast reservations to dine with our favorite characters and at dinner, we recount our galactic tales defeating the First Order!
