    Hi Shannon,

    I love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!!  I spoke to a Cast Member and currently there is not a date for the opening of Be Our Guest except "late fall".  Please keep an eye on Disney's Web site for more information. 

    I would also suggest that you look into Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge as it is a festive dining experience.  'Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort is also another great festive restaurant.  I hope this helps!
