1st trip to WDW in August (8/4-8/10). Have 6 day park tickets w/ no park hopper. I was wondering if we sould plan on 3 days in Magic Kingdon and 1 day in the rest of the parks or 2 days in Epcot and 2 in Magic Kingdom and 1 in the rest?(kids are ages 3&am

    Hi there, Dynah!

With little ones, you are likely going to maximize your time in Magic Kingdom. Of all of the Parks, this is the one that is most geared towards younger Guests; with the addition of New Fantasyland, you will certainly want to immerse yourself in the magic!

Because your travel party does include younger children, you'll likely want to build in some down time each day. That will require you to spend a little less time each day in the Parks, so thinking ahead to weighing one Park over the others is definitely smart planning.

I think two or three days in Magic Kingdom - paced slowly, and with some rest in the midday heat of August - will be just right. The you won't feel compelled to get everything else in.

With young children, too, Epcot might be a one-day Park. That being the case, go for the three days of Magic, and one day at each of the others.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
