Welcome to planDisney, Taylor.
I bet you're counting down the days until you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Sing it with me now: "I'm almost there!" With the
50th Anniversary Celebration happening, there's a whole new world to see and experience. Make sure you take lots of photos!
One of my favorite things to do at my second "home" is to experience the many wonderful dining options. As Winnie the Pooh says, "What could be more important than a little something to eat?" A breakfast reservation at Cape May Cafe sounds enchanting! And I know a "practically perfect" way for you to get there from Disney's Pop Century Resort.
Two words:
Disney Skyliner. Taylor, this is my new favorite way to travel. I had the pleasure of riding it for the first time on my last visit to Walt Disney World. The views are spectacular and it's so efficient. From
Disney's Pop Century Resort, you can conveniently hop on Disney Skyliner. After about 6 minutes, you'll arrive at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. You'll then have to transfer to a different gondola to
EPCOT. After about 15 minutes of scenic fun, you'll arrive at EPCOT International Gateway. This is basically the "back entrance" to EPCOT that's between the UK and France pavilions. Once you depart your gondola, you can then take a pleasant stroll to
Disney's Beach Club Resort. After you've devoured your delectable breakfast at
Cape May Cafe, you can then enjoy a brief walk back to EPCOT International Gateway. It's as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!
Here's some more good news: once you enter EPCOT, you'll be really close to
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. Be prepared to scurry through Gusteau’s famous Paris restaurant in this whimsical and exhilarating attraction. I'm sure you'll have a magical day at EPCOT, Taylor. I really enjoyed watching the nighttime spectacular,
Harmonious, with my planDisney pals a few months ago. If you watch it from the Japan or Italy pavilion you'll get a pretty good view. Also, check out how majestic Spaceship Earth looks at night from the
Beacons of Magic display.
Thanks for being our Guest, Taylor. As we say in Liverpool, "Have a proper boss holiday!"
Mike
