    2nd trip & we are going to visit some of the resorts. We are staying at Pop Century. I just wanted to know if you could tell me if The Pepper Market at Colorodo Springs is Quick Service...it says yes but their menu seems extensive so I am not sure

    Yes the Pepper Market is a Quick Service location which is themed as an open air market. You'll find rotisserie chicken, pasta and burgers and more here.
