This is our 3rd trip using the Dining Plan. I am positive last year we were about to get our 2 year old a meal at the counter service restaraunts. Ours was credited and his was free. It looks like that is no longer the case. Has something changed?

    Hi Kathleen,

I used the dining plan with a child under three in 2006 and in 2007.  During both trips we purchased counter service kids meals for her.  The cashier would take credits for the adult meals and charge us in full for our child's meal.  We would have it billed to our room.  I didn't have to sign the receipt because the charge was under the threshold where you have to sign.  I don't remember if the threshold is $25 or $50.

If you received a free counter service meal for your child consider yourself the lucky beneficiary of a castmembers mistake.
