    1st trip w/ our 5yo starts 8/21/12. Planned that 1st day in HS but don't want to miss Ctry Bear, which is due 2 close 8/22. I've read that kids who go to MK first are disappointed with all other parks. Is it worth the risk for him 2 see CB Jamboree?

    Hi Niki - I've heard that about the Magic Kingdom also, but I haven't really experienced it with our own children.  They love all of the parks, and don't have an issue going to a different park after the Magic Kingdom.

    If you really want to make sure your son to see the Country Bear Jamboree, then definitely go there first.  However, it is just one small attraction within the context of your whole trip, so I wouldn't base your entire schedule on that.  There are so many other things he'll enjoy at all of the parks.
