1st trip- short trip- 1st day 12/26 at WDW.... 2nd day Hollywood. How do we get a schedule for events such as the parades, fireworks, beauty & the beast show, character schedules (such as Tangled), Disney Live show, etc. Thanks so much!!

    Hi Kelley!

Your first trip?  So exciting!!!!  The stage shows such as Beauty and The Beast are presented continuously throughout the day.

You can find your parade and fireworks schedules before arriving by going to www.disneyworld.com and going to the PARKS tab.  Once there, choose the park you are interested in.  On the left hand side of the screen you will see CALENDAR.  That will take you to a calendar where you can change the month to your travel month.  Click on the actual dates.  It will open a window with schedules for special events.

As for character meet and greet schedules, those are not posted.  When you arrive at each park please pick up a Times Guide (located next to the park maps).  These guides will list all shows, parades, and fireworks presentations.  It will also list the times and locations to meet the characters who are going to be in the park that day.

Let us know if you have any other questions!  Have a magical trip!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
