Trip in Sept. Would like to do Whispering Canyon &Chip n Dale story telling. Are they in the same area? Would this be good to do in the same day? What park would be the best to do that day also? Need to make ADR in a week

    Hi Denise!

Whispering Canyon is located in the Wilderness Lodge and the campfire sing-a-long is located nearby in Fort Wilderness (you'll be able to walk or take a boat ride if you wish).  If you are able to get a reservation for Whispering Canyon early enough, you should be able to do both in one evening.

Whispering Canyon is a fun place to dine for dinner.  It's loud and full of antics so be ready!  You will leave here very full but if you plan on going to the campfire afterwards, you may want to leave a little room for some toasted marshmallows!

The campfire sing-a-long takes place in Fort Wilderness near the Meadow Trading Post nightly (usually around 7:00) and features a huge campfire, sing-along, s'mores (you can bring your own " or buy them at the Fort) and a visit from Chip and Dale.  Following the campfire, your family can stay and enjoy an open-air Disney movie. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there is a double feature. For additional information on the show times or movie schedule, you can call 407-824-2727.

As far as your question regarding what park to visit that day, Magic Kingdom (MK) is the closest.  You'll be able to take a relaxing boat from MK over to the Wilderness Lodge for dinner.

I hope this helps!  Have a wonderful vacation!  Diane  :)
