Hello. I have a trip scheduled for November. I have all of my reservations made for the 7 of us. Now, my 4 yr old nephew will be joining us. Do I need to rebook my dining ressies or will this change be ok to just show up with one extra? Thank you!

    Hi there, Melissa!

For peace of mind, you will likely want to rebook your dining reservations. Showing up with one extra person might not seem like a big deal, but the reservation system exists not only to ensure that Cast Member coverage is adequate for the dining room and kitchen, but also to accommodate fire codes and safety regulations.

Walt Disney World takes the safety of its Guests very seriously, and will do nothing that violates any kind of precaution that has been put in place, either internally or by law.

Since you all would likely be seated at a table large enough for eight anyway, it should not be a problem to accommodate your nephew.

Give Disney Dining a call at (407) WDW-DINE and make your arrangements in advance. That way, you'll know it's finished and you'll be ready to eat on schedule.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
