our 1st trip is scheduled for july 2nd - july 5th. we are hoping to get in all 4 parks (no hopper). what would b the best the best order to see everything? ages 12- 20 and 40's.. animal kingdom is a must do!

Since you aren't using park hoppers, I'd encourage you to avoid parks with Extra Magic Hours because they tend to get quite crowded (great to start in the park, but then hop to another).  I also think I'd personally avoid the Magic Kingdom on the 4th of July; it is a small park that can fill up quickly on holidays. So with those things in mind, might I suggest this schedule for you:

    7/2:  Magic Kingdom
    7/3:  Animal Kingdom
    7/4: Epcot
    7/5  Disney's Hollywood Studios

If you are interested, you may also want to check out touringplans.com; for a nominal charge it offers a variety of plans (with kids, without kids, etc) to help you see the most with the shortest waits. I've tried the plans and have found them amazingly accurate as well as helpful.

    Have a magical trip!
