Hey there, Lucia, and welcome back to planDisney! Planning for your second Walt Disney World vacation in one year makes you a Disney Pro! I think you’ll still have plenty of time left to try to fit in a third and fourth visit in 2022! Quarterly visits to the Mouse’s House sound like a great year to me!
Lucia, your
Theme Park Ticket delivery method was chosen as part of the checkout process. I stepped through the prompts to purchase Theme Park Tickets and noticed that the system defaults to “email” as your ticket delivery method. So your Theme Park Tickets may be in your email inbox. But Hakuna Matata - it means no worries; you can still receive physical Theme Park Tickets if you desire.
Since you are staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel as part of your vacation, the key card that you receive at Check-In can give you all of the access that you need! You will need to request a card for each member of your party from the Check-In Cast Member if you want to use them as your park tickets.
MagicBands are my favorite way to access Theme Park Tickets! MagicBands are worn like a watch and are easier to keep up with than the ticket card, in my opinion. Since you are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can purchase MagicBands through your
My Disney Experience account. As a resort guest, your My Disney Experience account will display pre-arrival exclusive MagicBands just for you! These exclusive bands range from truly unique to more tame solid colors and are offered at a discounted rate. When you purchase your pre-arrival exclusive band in your My Disney Experience account, you will have the option to ship the MagicBands to home ahead of your arrival. This way, everyone in your party gets to pick one that feels unique to them. The best part is that if you have MagicBands from previous trips, they will work too!
Another option is to create a
Disney Magic Mobile Pass in the
My Disney Experience Mobile app. In my opinion, MagicMobile Passes are the most convenient option for entering the Theme Parks. The pass allows Guests to tap into the Theme Parks using an Apple or Android device that meets the minimum requirements. MagicMobile passes are an extremely convenient - and free - option to have, even if used as a backup to one of the options mentioned above!
I hope this helps, Lucia! If you have more questions while you plan your Disney vacation,
come back and ask me! After all, planDIsney is here to help!
To Infinity and Beyond,
PG
