Trip SchedOct 11th-17. Thurs giong to AK but we want to make it to Fantatsmic on Thurs nite. Staying @ the Beach club resort. Can you recommend a Rest and what is the easiest way to get there. Have Resev @ 50's PT and PH Disney at HS earlier in the week

    Hi Sherri!

Fantasmic is a wonderful way to end a Disney day!  If you'd like to eat at Hollywood Studios prior to the show, I would recommend either Mama Melrose, for a great, casual Italian meal, or Brown Derby, for an upscale, signature dining experience.  Mama Melrose features wonderful flat breads, pastas and meat dishes.  They also have a super tiramisu and cheesecake.  Brown Derby is famous for its Cobb Salad (it really is THAT good), and has amazing, super fresh fish, chicken and a great steak.  Grapefruit Cake is their signature dessert item, but they also have a variety of other choices including a flourless chocolate cake and strawberry cheesecake.  If you are on the dining plan, Brown Derby will require two table service credits per person, as it is a signature dining restaurant.

As for the best way to get to Hollywood Studios from Animal Kingdom, I would recommend that you return to the Beach Club via bus from the park, and then either walk to Hollywood Studios or take a boat launch from your resort.

    Have a wonderful evening!
