    Trip 08/13. Resort reservation in website prior to web redesign. Tried to retrieve on new website with Disney confirmation# but says not found. 180-days beginning of 02/13. Want to make sure all is linked for dining res. Bug in new site? Should I call?

    Hi, Lynn!

    Not to worry; your reservation is still intact. You may just need to call Walt Disney World Reservations in order to receive either technical assistance or more information for adding your reservation back into the new version of the website. Call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 for assistance.

    I had entered seven Advanced Dining Reservations into the old version of the website, none of which were accessible when the new version was activated. A very friendly Cast Member, however, helped me activate these reservations with a little technical assistance; I'm sure the same can be done for you.

    Get that glitch taken care of how, Lynn, so that you can enjoy all of the online benefits of My Disney Experience. What a great tool!
