Hi Steven!
There has been no word yet as to the opening of the Jack Sparrow Experience. However, I recommend you look into the
Pirate's League and
Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial in the Magic Kingdom, located near the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction in Adventureland. The Pirate's League offers four transformation experience packages for Guests ages 3 and up. Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial is an interactive small stage experience in which Cap'n Jack and his ship mate provide secrets to swashbuckling.
For your daughter, check out
The Magic of Animation Attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This is a 20 minute show that invites Guests to discover the process of creating animated characters. There may not be an actual Disney Animator to greet you, however a Disney Cast Member will lead you through the program, which is an interactive experience.
For something a little more intense, if your daughter is over the age of 10, then I highly recommend the
"Dine With An Imagineer" program! This is an amazing experience in which up to 10 Guests will get to dine with a Disney Imagineer at either the Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant in Disney's Hollywood Studios, or at the Flying Fish Cafe at Disney's Boardwalk Resort.
The experience in unforgettable, the meal is wonderful, and you will have a wonderful time talking with the Imagineer, asking questions, and learning more than you ever imagined about what it's like to be on the "other side" of Disney, among those wonderful, creative minds who believe "If you can dream it, you can do it!"
