i have been the trip planner for my family and have ADR for my parents at their resort but it is in my name. Will this be an issue as i will not be there. We are all staying in diffrent areas and i am trying to juggle us all without loosing my mind. thanks

    Hi Amy!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question.

    Don't you worry at all!
Often, when families are planning larger vacations together, one member of the family ends up doing a large part of the planning and in particular, the Advance Dining Reservations throughout the property. I've been in this boat many times myself with groups traveling together.

Your parents will simply need to check in at the podium using the name and reservation time as you reserved it. No one will ask them to present identification and they will not have a problem. They simply need to know the details of the reservation to get successfully checked in.

Please write me back any time if I can assist you further with your planning! I'd love to hear from you again.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World with your extended family Amy!
